FDP - Moodle as a Learning Management System (LMS)

We are pleased to invite you to conduct a Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on "Moodle as a Learning Management System (LMS)" for our faculty members at GNIMS. The session is scheduled for Friday, 8th August 2025, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, at our institute premises.

The session details are as follows:

Time: 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM - 2 Hours

Venue: Big Computer Lab.

Resource Person: Prof. Jayshri R. Parab

GNIMS and GNIMS B School is organizing a Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on "Moodle as a Learning Management System (LMS)" to build faculty proficiency in digital teaching and course management. The session will be conducted by Prof. Jayshree Parab, an experienced academician and certified Moodle trainer.

This hands-on session will cover essential features of Moodle, including course design, uploading resources, student engagement tools, and online assessments. The FDP aims to enhance digital pedagogical skills and support the institute’s commitment to technology-enabled education in alignment with NEP 2020.

All faculty members are expected to attend and benefit from this important initiative in academic development.

Prof. Jayshri Parab is a dedicated academician with over 14 years of teaching experience in the field of Computer Science and Information Technology. Her teaching portfolio includes a wide range of subjects such as ASP.NET with C#, Java, Web Technologies, GIS, C++, and Data Structures, across undergraduate Computer Science and IT programs.
