Conceived after analyzing existing skill-gaps and the growing demand for managerial talent, this industry-oriented PGDM program helps students build a rewarding career in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) industry. Through a unique and rigorous learning format, this program is focused more on developing work-ready competencies via superior pedagogy, sector-focused skill development and hands-on practice. With intensive project-driven classroom training in the 1st Year and full-time placement opportunities with leading companies in the 2nd year, the program aims to hone the candidate’s managerial skills to effectively navigate the workplace and add value to the organization.

PGDM – B&FS students receive placement opportunities in the nature of full-time on the job training (OJT) after 1st year of the program. 

Eligibility Criteria

1. 50% aggregate score in 10th, 12th and UG / PG

2. 50%ile in CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT/ATMA/MH CET /NMAT examinations. Alternatively, the candidate has to appear in TAP test and secure minimum 50%

3. Graduates with/without any professional experience can apply

4. Final year graduates can also apply. In case appearing in Graduation exam, the student should not have any backlog till pre final year

5. Graduation should be from any of the recognized and approved Indian or Foreign Universities

6. Age less than or up to 26 years as on start date of Program

7. The applicant should have a valid score in CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT/ATMA/MH CET

Selection Process

1. Check Eligibility

2. Fill out an application form (Online/Paper Form)

3. Submit Soft copy of Eligibility Documents & Entrance Test Score***

4. Take the TAP test if required as per point no. 3

5. Personal Interview*** Rounds (Two rounds shall be held)

6. Payment of Advance for blocking of seat

7. Verification of all documents and offer letter made by the Institute

*50% in CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT/ATMA/MH CET/NMAT and secure minimum 50% to be eligible for the Personal Interview round)
