Guest Lecture for HR Batch 2015-17 (A.Y: 2016-17) 

S.G.P.C.’s Guru Nanak Institute of Management Studies (GNIMS) organized a Guest Lecture on Techniques to attempt University Paper, for Second Year MMS – HR students on 09/11/2016 from 03.30 pm to 05.30 pm. Prof. Ganpathy (Faculty – TISS) was the guest speaker for the event. 

Objectives of the Guest Lecture: 

• a) To give students revision on the entire Organizational Theories Structure & Design (OTSD) subject 

• b) To connect practical and theory 

• c) Tips to attempt university paper. 

The speaker started with basics of OTSD, explaining the flow of the subject. He further highlighted on key concepts of every topic giving a revision in an encapsulated form especially discussing some of his industry experiences connecting practical and theory. Later on he elaborately explained how to attempt university papers – viz, time completion, scoring etc. This was followed by a Q&A session. The session received good feedback from the students.
