Biography

Dr. Sonali Athawale possesses a total of 20 years of experience, including 17 years of postgraduate teaching in MMS program and 3 years of industry experience. She holds a Ph.D. in the faculty of Commerce and Management from the University of Mumbai. She has served as the Co-Investigator for a Minor Research Grant Project awarded by the University of Mumbai and has published research papers in reputable academic journals.

She has been recognized twice with the Best Paper Award for her research presentations.  She has worked in the capacity of Examination In-Charge for postgraduate courses at the institutional level and was a member of various other committees. She has organized Faculty Development Programs, as well as national and international webinars, and has actively participated in various conferences, workshops, and seminars at both national and international levels.

She has delivered lectures at a wide spectrum of courses. Her teaching interests encompass Financial Accounting, Financial Management, Cost and Management Accounting, Corporate Valuation, Security Analysis and Portfolio Management. She is passionate about continuous learning and is committed to providing an inspiring and motivating learning environment for her students, always striving to deliver the best educational experience.
