Biography

Dr. Kuljeet G. Kahlon is currently working as Library Manager at SGPCs GNIMS Business School, Mumbai. She has triple Masters in various streams – Master of Library and Information Science, M.A. (Master in Economics), and MBA (Master of Marketing Management), University of Mumbai. She has completed her Doctoral in Library Science from Bharathidasan University, Tamil Nadu. She has edited many books as Chief Editor and has over 18 years of experience in Managing Library. She has organized series of Five National and Two International Research Conferences on the Brand Theme “Library: A Temple of Learning and Knowledge House”. She has been accredited by All India Management Association, New Delhi as a Management Teacher (AMT) in General Management. She has been approved as a Marketing Faculty by University of Mumbai. She is a Qualified Internal Quality Auditor for the ISO Standard 9001:2015. She is also the Editor in Chief International e-Journal of Library Science (ISSN: 2319-992X), with Impact Factor 7.237(SJIF-2021) and 4.650(PIF-2019) and Editor for GNIMS Sansmaran Management Research Journal (ISSN: 2278-7801), with Impact Factor 4.107 (IIJIF-2017) and 4.504 (PIF-2018). As an intrapreneur, she has developed GNIMS Co-operative Credit Society for the GNIMS Staff as per the Maharashtra Norms and is serving as a Chairperson of the Society since its inception in 2011 to till July 2019. She has presented many research papers in various National and International Conferences, recent was at Sri Lanka in 2019. She also won many awards, recently she was awarded the BOSLA – Prof. M. M. Koganuramath Best Librarian Award – 2021. She has 20 Years experience in Administration and Research.
