World Entrepreneurship Week

The Innovation Startup and Entrepreneurship Cell (ISEC) celebrated Udyamita Diwas on August 21, 2024, marking the start of World Entrepreneurship Week. The week-long celebration included a series of events aimed at developing entrepreneurial skills among MMS and PGDM students.

• August 21: The week began with an Online Entrepreneurship Skills Quiz, offering students insights into notable Indian and local entrepreneurs. This was followed by a screening of movie, "Pursuit of Happiness," which highlighted the challenges and opportunities in entrepreneurship.

• August 23: The "Fit Fiesta" event was held, where PGDM students set up stalls featuring homemade products like Chat, healthy juice, sandwich, Modak and Solkadi. The event also included fitness activities and games, helping students gain practical experience in product pricing, promotion, and sales.

• August 31: The celebrations concluded with a "Retail Mela," where students sold a variety of products, including food items, perfumes, and Jewellery items. The event provided valuable retail experience and further enhanced students' understanding of entrepreneurship.

These events collectively offered hands-on learning opportunities and deepened students' practical knowledge in entrepreneurship.
