‘Understanding Consumer Behaviour and creating repetitive purchases’ – Thyrocare

In association with Thyrocare Technologies Limited, leading company into Healthcare diagnostics in Mumbai, Guru Nanak Institute of Management Studies (GNIMS), PGDM Term II students recently completed a Live project on ‘Understanding Consumer Behaviour and creating repetitive purchases’ for Thyrocare by customer interaction, from November 25, 2019 onwards. They were handed over ‘SugarSo Campaign’ wherein they were expected to create awareness regarding diabetes care amongst target audiences by organizing free camps amongst residential societies. The project was organized under the arena of ‘GNIMS Centre of Marketing Excellence’ for PGDM Term II Subject ‘Selling and Negotiation Skills’. The Project was conceptualized to facilitate course outcome of ‘handling of exceptional Selling and negotiating situations and apply overcoming tactics’. GNIMS students were benefited by hands-on experience of learning sales, enhancing repetitive purchases, effectiveness of sales promotion in motivating buyers and thereby better understanding of consumer behavior. It was altogether a very novel experience for our students to come across the modern way of sales marketing. GNIMS students received Live training by Ms. Priya Verma, Mr. Ravi Gowda and Mr. Jithesh MP from Thyrocare. Students learnt customer interaction and how to create awareness for healthcare. *** Students being trained and made familiar with processes and Equipment at Thyrocare Turbhe, Navi Mumbai Laboratory Premises.
