Student To Student Interaction

As an initiative for peer learning an interactive session was organized between MMS & PG HR students and MHRDM Sem V students.

The session was conducted on 13th Sept & 4th Oct 2014 wherein during the first session the MHRDM students introduced their profiles to the MMS & PG students and spoke about some unique job related challenges that an HR executive faces.

The second session focused on three main aspects:

i.) What does industry expect from a MBA fresher?,

ii.) What are the essential characteristics of an HR professional?,

iii.) How to crack HR interviews and what kind of salary structure a fresher can expect?.

The students had a candid chat in this highly energetic and interactive session, which was an enjoyable experience for the fresher’s as well as experienced students.

The MHRDM students were felicitated with a letter of appreciation for their efforts.
