Visit to CRMS Trade Union Office

Central Railway Mazdoor Sangh Trade Union visit on 28th August 2013 by HR students proved to be a learning experience; where students were given practical insights regarding Industrial Relations and Disputes. Management lessons such as union leadership, trade union jugaad, staffing, recruitment, etc. were well received by the students. Mr. V.K. Sawant, Trade Union Leader and Mr. Shetty spoke on working system, upcoming opportunities in the field of HR in Indian Railways, maintenance of bogies in underlying car-sheds, compensation and fringe benefits. All in all, it was an enjoyable and enriching experience for GNIMS management HR students.
